Very Good
Quick check in staff friendly. Room was nice and clean big bathroom had shower and bath. Beds really comfy tea and coffee facilities. Good location 5 mins from front.
The lift is the only thing I didn't like.

Ok, but improvements need to be made.
The location was great,the staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
There was no form of air con in the room, so it was very stuffy at night, which made me not have a good sleep. There's also no wheelchair access, so I had to keep taking my pram up and down the stairs to get into the hotel, and the staff didn't offer to help either.
